00:00The travel of sea vehicles in Northern and Eastern Quezon was also canceled due to the effects of Hurricane Christine.

00:09Despite the class in their studies in the province, Mara Grizula of Radyo Pilipinas in Balitang Pambansa was also suspended.

00:46Since yesterday, the travel to the eastern portion of the province, including the town of San Francisco, has been canceled.

00:52Ships and boats were ordered to be careful and to continuously monitor the movement of the typhoon.

00:57Travelers will return once the weather and sea conditions have improved.

01:01Ships are allowed to look for a safe place to sail as long as there is a written request and there is no passenger or cargo inside the ship.

01:10Due to the cancellation of the travel, more than 100 passengers in Port of Lucena were stranded,

01:15traveling towards the provinces of Marinduque, Masbate and Romblon.

01:20Meanwhile, Classes were canceled today in the province for students from Kindergarten to Grade 12, private and public,

01:28in Lungsod ng Lucena, Bayan ng Lukban and Lungsod ng Tayabas.

01:32Municipalities were instructed to not be under the Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal

01:39when the suspension of classes was lifted due to the weather conditions in their area.
