00:08Philippine Coast Guard continues to remind fishermen and travelers to avoid fishing due to the Christine typhoon.
00:15According to the Philippine Radio, there are 120 stranded in Lucena Port.
00:21The fishermen are heading to Marinduque, Basbate, and Romblon, but the trip is suspended.
00:28Not only that, there are also 33 vehicles in the nearby province that were not allowed to pass.
00:34The trip to Romblon is suspended because there is a signal number 1.
00:39We are doing this to ensure the safety of our ships and passengers.

01:00The lahar advisory of PHIVOLCS came out of the Mayon volcano in the middle of the Christine typhoon.

01:36The strong Christine typhoon continued as the Bicol region moved east.
01:42The center of the typhoon was last seen in the 335 kilometers east of Virac, Togduanes.
01:49The strong wind reached 65 kilometers per hour and the rain reached 80 kilometers per hour.
01:57Because of this, the signal number 1 is still high in Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Apayau, Kalinga, Abra Mountain Province, Ifugao, Benguet, Cagayan, Babuyan Islands, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Aurora, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, Zambales, Bataan, Pampanga, Bulacan, Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon,
02:24including the Polilio Islands, Basbate, Marinduque, Tromblon, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Albay, and Sorsogon.
