00:06The Marseille storm is getting stronger as it slowly moves north to the north of Cagayan.

00:11The center of the storm has finally passed the 305 kilometers east of Kutunggay-Garau City, Cagayan.

00:18This is due to the strong wind that reaches up to 150 kilometers per hour

00:24and the rain that reaches up to 185 kilometers per hour.

00:28Because of this, signal number 3 is high in the northeastern portion of mainland Cagayan.

00:34Signal number 2 in Batanes, Babuyan Islands, northern portion of mainland Cagayan, northern portion of Apayau.

00:41While signal number 1 in Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Abra, rest of Apayau, Kalinga, Mountain Province,

00:49Ifugao, northern portion of Benguet, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, and northern portion of Aurora.

00:56According to the forecast, the storm will move fast tomorrow while in the water of Cagayan before it hits the Babuyan Channel.

01:04It is also possible for the storm to landfall in Babuyan Island tomorrow or on Friday.

01:09The affected areas are continuously being taken care of.

01:15President Ferdinand R. Marquez Jr. continues to distribute aid to those affected by the storm.

01:21Today, the President visited Aybayo to distribute Php 50 million cash assistance.

01:28This is a big help to the 18 towns and villages affected by the Christine and Leon Storm.

01:34The President insisted that the fishermen and fishermen affected by the storm will be able to recover and start again.

01:44When we first came here, we were talking about relief goods and rescue.

01:51Now, we have overcome that phase.

01:56We are here to give help to those affected by the storm,

02:03especially to our farmers and fishermen.

02:09We know that when there is a storm, a flood like this,

02:40More than a hundred retailers and resellers of illegal vape were arrested by the Bureau of Internal Revenue due to the storm.

02:47According to BIR Commissioner Romeo D. Lumagi Jr.,

02:50they were involved in a simultaneous and nationwide raid from Oct. 16 to Oct. 31.

02:59More than Php 181 million worth of tax liability should be paid by those involved in the storm.

03:07BIR Commissioner Romeo D. Lumagi Jr. said that this will not stop the raid of illegal vape sellers.
