Nilai keseluruhan atas PMTHMETD ini sebesar Rp855 miliar yang terbagi atas pinjaman jangka panjang kepada Eurofa Capital Investment Inc (Eurofa) sebesar Rp750 miliar dan pinjaman jangka pendek pihak ketiga kepada i Silvery Moon Investment Ltd (SMIL) sebesar Rp105 miliar.
