A Bristol charity has announced plans to sell part of its site for housing. Children’s Scrapstore is looking to submit a planning application to build 12 new two-bed townhouses on two undeveloped plots of land on both sides of its current premises on Sevier Street in St Werburgh’s.

00:39In a Facebook post, the charity said that they are keeping their building but will be
00:45making some changes to the neighbouring land in order to continue doing what they love
00:51and to improve art and play opportunities for children, young people and adults in Bristol
00:57and beyond.
