00:08The distribution of relief goods and assistance from DSWD to those affected by Hurricane Christine continues.

00:14We asked for an update. We have a report from Bernard Ferrer. Bernard?

00:18Joshua, the humanitarian assistance given by the Department of Social Welfare and Development to DSWD has reached more than P100 million Pesos.

00:29To our countrymen affected by severe Tropical Storm Christine.

00:34This includes more than P150,000 Family Food Packs and more than P3,000 Non-Food Items.

00:43This particular item is distributed to 12 regions in the country.

00:47In Bicol Region, more than P86,000 Family Food Packs have been distributed to affected residents.

00:56This is one of the regions most affected by Severe Tropical Storm Christine.

01:01At the DSWD National Resource Operations Center in Lungsod, Pasay, Family Food Packs are being distributed.

01:09This is due to the affected areas of Severe Tropical Storm Christine.

01:14Each box of Family Food Packs contains 6 kilos of rice, 2 cans of sardines, 4 cans of tuna, 4 cans of corned beef, 5 sachets of 3-in-1 coffee, and 5 sachets of choco-malt drink.

01:29This is enough for a family with 5 members.

01:32The Family Food Packs will last for 2 to 3 days of consumption.

01:37Joshua, DSWD's current target is to prepare P20,000 Family Food Packs to be delivered to Bicol Region and other areas in Luzon. Joshua?

01:53In Patangas, the Philippine Coast Guard is helping local governments to evacuate affected residents of Severe Tropical Storm Christine.

02:02In Manasugbu, the PCG, BFP, and MDRRMO are actively carrying out operations in the barangay areas.

02:10The rescue teams are working hard to help the affected residents and ensure their safety.

02:16Help is also being distributed to San Nicolas, Agoncillo, and Lemery.

02:21According to the Batangas LGU, some streets are still unable to pass due to heavy flooding.

02:29In our time, Severe Tropical Storm Christine is still strong as it is pushing the northern part of Luzon.

02:36The center of the storm is the last hope of the 125-kilometer-long storm, Hilagang-Kanluran of Bacnotan, La Union.

02:43It is accompanied by a 95-kilometer-strong wind, near the center, and a 115-kilometer-per-hour gust of wind.

02:51It is moving in the direction of Hilagang-Kanluran at a speed of 25 kilometers per hour.

02:56Signal No. 2 in Cagayan, along with Babuyan Islands, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Apayao, Calinga, Abra,

03:05Ifugao, Mountain Province, Benguet, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Aurora, Nueva Ecija,

03:25Signal No. 1 in Batanes, along with Rizal, Cavite, Batangas, Laguna, Quezon, Polilio Islands, Occidental Mindoro,

03:37Lubang Islands, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romlon, and northern portion of Palawan.

03:43Also in Calamian, Cuyo, and Calayaan Islands, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, Albay, northern and central portions of Sotsogon,

03:53northern and central portion of Masbate, along with Tikau and Boreas Islands.

03:58Signal No. 1 in Aklan, Capiz, Antique, along with Kaluya Islands and northwestern portion of Iloilo.

04:07In Bicol, the Philippine Coast Guard Southern Tagalog sent an additional person to help in the search and rescue operations.

04:14Using a military truck and rubber boat, the stranded residents on the road were immediately evacuated.

04:20According to the PCG's report, a shaman was trapped in an LPG factory there and the government and other volunteers were rescued.

04:29Meanwhile, the government's Shaman C-130 arrived in Bicol to help.

04:37We are expecting nine C-130s that will arrive.

04:40It will contain relief goods and rubber boats from the government in Bicol.

04:48And the help of Speaker Romaldes.

04:52Where will it be deployed?

04:53It will be directed to the Ninth Infantry Division in Pili so that they can determine where it will be deployed.
