00:33around 11 p.m. on Thursday night.

00:36The heavy rainfall warning alert was issued on Thursday night.

00:40Heavy rain caused the river to rise

00:43so the residents who live nearby are ready to evacuate.

00:48Meanwhile, some residents who live near the river

00:51evacuated to ensure their safety.

00:55Mayor Marci Tidoro was the first to call
