00:00The province of Cavite is now in a state of calamity because of the severe effects of the typhoon Christine Doon.

01:33I went out to make a tree.

01:36I'm going to tell the capitol that if the electricity is turned on,

01:41or if there's electricity, there will be a disaster.

01:45We will provide moral support and food.

01:50I hope that if there's another typhoon,

01:53we will be able to avoid it because it's a rainy season.

01:56I hope it won't hit the high tide so we won't have to experience this.

02:06she is the Cavite Provincial Information Officer.

02:09She is encouraging Governor Athena Tolentino to continue to visit different parts of Cavite

02:15to help the government in the face of the typhoon.

02:24which was affected by the typhoon Christine.

02:27But the roads to get there are still closed because of the flood.
