Ian Rawlings, chairman of the Dudley Remembers group, talks about the forthcoming event at Dudley College.

00:00OK, we're at Dudley College, this is where we're holding the annual Festival of Remembrance for Dudley,

00:05put together by the Dudley Remembers Committee.

00:08It's a small service on the evening, followed by quite a large concert involving the Gentleman Songsters,

00:14Sovereign Brass, we've got a guest soloist as well this year,

00:18compared by a very funny bloke, that'll be me,

00:22and all the proceeds on the evening go to raise money for the Poppy Appeal.

00:27It's probably the 24th or 25th one we've done,

00:30so we're hoping to keep the momentum going and raise some good money for the Poppy Appeal.
