00:00The court has found that the prosecution has proven a prima facie case in respect of all
00:12the charges, in respect of all 25 charges.
00:16If you were to ask me what do we feel, we feel extremely disappointed.
00:24My client feels extremely disappointed because we have put up arguments that we thought
00:32would minimum require a serious consideration, that's number one.
00:40Number two, we feel that a lot of the evidence that has been considered by the judge, hearsay,
00:49this is probably one of the rare or if not the only case where hearsay evidence is taken
00:57wholesale.
00:58Everything that was said was taken wholesale.
01:02Now without going into very much detail, I have of course, we are going to prepare for
01:09the defence, we'll have to take the judgement and respect the judgement, but I'm just so
01:15surprised that this is probably the only case that I've ever had where at this stage, I
01:25don't even win on a single point, not a shred of cotton that I want, forget about the clothes,
01:34not even a shred of cotton I want in this particular holding.
01:39But we are not giving up, we are going to fight this case and we are more determined
01:44because of the decision today.
