दीपावली के मौके पर काशी से गंगा-जमुनी तहजीब की मिसाल पेश करती हुई तस्वीरें सामने आई हैं। वाराणसी की लमही स्थित सुभाष भवन में मुस्लिम महिला फेडरेशन के बैनर तले दीपावली पर प्रभु श्री राम की आरती उतारी गई। मुस्लिम महिलाओं ने राम भजन और राम आरती गाकर प्रभु श्री राम की स्तुति की और भाईचारे व सांप्रदायिक सौहार्द की मिसाल पेश की। 2006 से वाराणसी में मुस्लिम महिलाएं दीपावली पर प्रभु श्री राम की आरती उतारती हैं। मुस्लिम महिलाओं की मानें तो भारत में रहने वाला हर व्यक्ति प्रभु श्री राम को अपना पूर्वज मानता है। इस बार भगवान राम की विशेष आरती की गई क्योंकि अयोध्या में 500 वर्षों के बाद राम लला अपने भव्य महल में विराजमान हुए हैं।
