00:20First of all, how are you there in Cagayan? Is the wind, rain, and thunderstorm still strong?
00:26Ma'am Maris, it's been sunny for two days and clear skies.
00:32Have we reported any injured or missing people in the past few days, sir?
00:38No reports of casualties, Ma'am Maris.

00:42Although there's one missing.
00:44So no one is missing, at least all of them are in their respective families?

00:56How many have been damaged or lost their homes in the storm surge?

01:31There are still supplies. The stockpile of barangays and local government.
01:36How about the areas where the rescue team cannot reach?
01:41There are no isolated areas.

01:45Are there areas where there's no electricity, water, and signal?
01:49There was a power interruption on Wednesday, but it was restored immediately after three hours.
01:58We're being shown that there are areas near the sea that were damaged by the storm,
02:06probably because of the strong winds.
02:11Do we have any signs?
02:16So far, the rapid damage assessment is ongoing.
02:21What are the needs of the residents now?
02:25We're coming up with financial assistance for them, Ma'am Maris, but that would depend on the damage assessment.
