00:53in the raid on labor trafficking.

00:55Computers with Winbox, an illegal gambling app and a platform used for withdrawal and deposit of money were found.

01:03Following the plain view principle, we immediately saw Winbox.

01:08We have a lot of Winbox platforms up there.

01:11So that is already a red flag, a probable cause for us that would allow us, necessitate us to apply for a cyber warrant.

01:22It's a gambling app, gambling platform that is banned in many countries.

01:26It's a hub for cryptocurrency scamming.

01:29According to Paok, this unauthorized permit was seen from the PAGCOR, and the only permit it has is from the Authority of Pre-Court Bataan.

01:36The operation was launched after receiving a complaint from some Filipinos that they were victims of labor trafficking in the area.

01:43According to Paok's spokesperson, Winston Casio, there were also foreign nationals inside the compound who were not allowed to leave.
