00:18To officially start the action races in Puerto Princesa, Palawan,

00:24the opening ceremony will be held this Thursday for the 2024 ICF Dragon Boat World Championships.

00:32First in the opening rites,

00:34International Canoe Federation President Tomas Coniesco,

00:38Philippine Canoe Kayak Dragon Boat Federation President Len Esculiante,

00:43Philippine Sports Commission Chairperson Richard Bachman,

00:47and Commissioner Walter Torres,

00:49and Puerto Princesa City Mayor Lucilo Arbayron.

00:53Finally, I wish all participating teams much success in the next few days.
