00:51After a mass at the Libingan ng mga Bayani where his father is buried, Marcos Jr. says
00:55he'd quote, rather not comment on Duterte's threat.
00:59This was Duterte's remark that Marcos was being asked to respond to.

01:35Four months after his verbal order to close down all Philippine offshore gaming operators
01:40or pogos by the end of the year, President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. still has not issued
01:45an executive order.
01:47Thus, iterations of gaming licenses issued by Freeport and Economic Zones remain a gray
01:52area.
01:53Freeport and Economic Zones enjoy some degree of autonomy.
01:57One big economic zone having its own internet gaming license is the Cagayan Economic Zone
02:01Authority or CESA run by Katrina Ponce-Enrile, daughter of Marcos' chief legal counsel Juan

02:32Donald Trump sues US TV network CBS over an interview of his rival Kamala Harris aired
02:37on its 60 Minutes news program.

02:44and edited to favor Harris' campaign.
02:47It claims 60 Minutes did not include what the lawsuit calls a word salad response from
02:51Harris about Biden's role in the Gaza War and argues this amounts to interference in
02:56the elections.
02:57Trump wants CBS to release the full unedited transcript of the interview.
03:02A CBS News spokesperson says the claims are false, adding the interview was not doctored
03:08nor did it hide any part of the vice president's answer to the question at issue.
03:12Trump has threatened to revoke CBS' broadcasting license if elected.
03:16First Amendment attorneys in the US denounce the lawsuit as frivolous and dangerous.

03:41When I think about my kids and my family, how they will grow up, the choice is clear
03:45to me.
03:46Vote Kamala Harris.
03:48James is the latest celebrity to back Harris, after actress Meryl Streep, comedian Chris
03:53Rock, former talk show host Oprah Winfrey, and superstar singers Beyonce and Taylor Swift.
03:58James endorsed Hillary Clinton in 2016 and Joe Biden in 2020.
