01:03President R. Marcos Jr. received 10 million pesos of financial aid from Laurel LJU.

03:40the Buayangan River overflowed here in Tulay.

03:44Tulay is important because it also connects here in Laurel

03:49and other places in Batangas, such as Lemery.

03:58to prioritize fixing the damage
