00:00I think the Phuket governor has in fact proposed that Phuket should be a special

00:06administrative area. We support him very much in that because we believe this is

00:12the single most important change that will affect the future of Phuket. It's

00:18more important and longer-term a change than whether a light rapid transit will

00:25be put here, an LRT, whether they're going to build an underpass at the

00:30heroine's monument, whether they're going to increase the water supply and this

00:35and that. Those are all specific projects but a change in Phuket's

00:42administrative status to be like Bangkok will mean the most radical and the most

00:51long-lasting reform that will ensure the success of Phuket.
