00:00In the midst of the struggle for the victims of the Christine and Leon earthquake,
00:05President Bongbong Marcos admitted that the response to the earthquake will never be enough,
00:11even though the government is doing everything.
00:13He also has flood control, but he deliberately can't handle the effect of climate change.
