A woman who is "allergic to everything" can only eat oatmeal and says fish, nuts or mustard could prove deadly.
Caroline Cray, 24, first realised something was wrong when she ate an ice cream and went into anaphylactic shock - spending 12 hours in hospital - in September 2017.
She had three more severe allergic reactions that month to bread and pizza.
After eating rice and beans with her family, Caroline reacted again and spent 12 days in intensive care.
After 10 months of tests, she was diagnosed with rare chronic illness mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS) - which causes repeated severe allergy symptoms - in May 2018.

00:00Odie.
00:27We are going to make oat flour and oat milk today.
00:32We of course need oatmeal.
00:35And then I just cleaned the living hell out of this because it's my family's.
00:41So none of my main allergens have ever been in there, which is good.
00:44I'm pretty sure all we do is just add the oats in and then blend it.
01:14Okay, I think this is a sleigh.
01:22It looks very flour-y.
01:23And my water.
01:24I'm just gonna eyeball this.
01:25Just washed my hands.
01:26Now we are going to try to make cookie dough balls.
01:36We've got nine cookies.
01:39Also something I want to note is that you're not supposed to heat up the formula.
01:43So I can't bake it or microwave it or anything.
01:46So we're going to use the formula as frosting after we take the cookies out and let them
01:52cool off.
01:53These are going in the oven.
02:01This is an eight ounce cup and that's equivalent to one cup.
02:24Apparently you're supposed to strain it, but I don't really feel comfortable using
02:30a dishcloth.
02:33So I'm just going to try it straight up and we'll see how this goes.
02:40Cheers.
02:41Oat-y.
02:42I'm going to mix in some Alicare and hope that does something.
02:53All right, we're taking the cookies out.
03:03It's dry, but good.
