A woman who has over 100 allergies and can only have 13 types of food can now eat some fruits for the first time.
Jenna Gestetner, 21, suffers from a rare immunological condition called Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) which causes her to have allergic reactions to almost all foods.
Her symptoms, which she has had since she was a child, include include intense pain, nausea, fatigue, dizziness, skin reactions, and difficulty breathing.
She was only able to eat nine things but has now added dates, grapes, raspberries and pears to her diet thanks to mast cell stabilizers - medications used to treat MCAS.

00:00I have over 100 allergies and I can actually only eat 13 foods which definitely makes traveling very complicated
00:05I can't eat at most restaurants hotels and sometimes I can't even find foods that I can have in grocery stores in other countries
00:11Right now I'm in the UK. So I'm going to show you everything I eat in a day when I'm traveling and specifically right now
00:17I'm staying somewhere where I have a kitchen which is great for me. My breakfast is usually three parts
00:21So this is the first one got some chia seeds with dates in it
00:24And second is some dates from my big bag of dates that I brought from home
00:28This literally took up like a quarter of the weight in my suitcase
00:32And now for the third and final part I'm cooking some turkey
00:38We had such late breakfast I literally ate at 12, but I'm having a snack right now
00:42Got some raspberries the raspberries are so good. They just always taste good
00:46Whereas in America sometimes they're good and sometimes they kind of just taste like water
00:54We just came back from everybody else having lunch and now I'm having a little snack plate
00:58And now I'm cooking dinner
01:08I can only eat 13 foods. I'm traveling right now in the last country
01:11I was in I couldn't even find all the 13 foods and that was after going to four or five grocery stores
01:15I'm in a new country right now
01:16So let's go to the grocery store and see how many of the 13 foods we can find the goal is to find all 13
01:21But I'm very skeptical that that's possible
01:23This place looks really nice. It has a lot but does it have the 13 foods? It's the real question
01:27we're starting at zero I
01:30Mean this place looks remarkably nice. So
01:33We've found our first item
01:39Not only do they have cucumbers but they have mini cucumbers and they look so good I
01:44Think this might be my dream grocery store because not only do they have zucchini
01:48But look they have it in noodle form. It truly does not get any better than this. Okay, we're at six
01:53We're basically halfway there and so far we're doing great
01:55But I feel like the next seven are where it could really go wrong
01:59They only have one type of white fish, but they have it now
02:02It's time for the food that's been the hardest for me to find anywhere some turkey because I can't have any preservatives in it. I
02:09Actually can't believe it they literally have turkey they just had it here. Why can't I live here?
02:14Why can't it be this easy to grocery shop when I'm at home? We're going so strong. We only have five more and
02:19For the final foods the Airbnb has olive oil two types actually and of course
02:24I had to bring my own box of my favorite salt and a bag of chia seeds and no luck for the final food
02:29But I didn't really expect to find it
02:31Anyways, I'd say 12 out of 13 at one store is pretty great
02:34Make sure to follow me if you want to see what I eat in a day
