00:14Welcome to Death Note Killer Within, an online social deduction game of truth and deception.
00:22The key to this game is the Death Note.
00:25The human whose name is written in this note shall die.
00:32A maximum of 10 players will be split into two teams.
00:36Team Kira, who possesses the Death Note, and Team L, who will try to reveal Kira's identity
00:42and stop Kira from using it.
00:44In Team Kira there's Kira and a Kira follower.
00:47These two work together in secret to steal IDs from other players and eliminate them
00:52by using the Death Note.
00:54In Team L there's L and the investigators.
00:57These players cooperate with each other and aim to reveal Kira's identity by sharing information.
01:05The game progresses through a cycle of action phase, in which each team completes their
01:10respective tasks, and a meeting phase, where players come together to discuss and attempt
01:15to arrest Kira based on evidence gathered in the action phase.
01:20Why don't we take a closer look into this battle of light and dark?
01:32As Kira, you hold the Death Note and are the only one who can judge players.
01:37However, in order to judge a player, you need an ID card with the player's real name.
01:42You can obtain this by approaching the target, but don't act too suspicious.
01:49You can judge investigators and NPCs without getting caught.
01:53If you can judge L, who is hiding amongst the investigators, you win instantly.
02:02As Kira follower, your job is to steal IDs for Kira.
02:05You can also communicate secretly with Kira via transceiver.
02:09Additionally, the Death Note can be transferred between Kira and Kira follower.
02:14Both L and the investigators must complete tasks to identify who Kira is.
02:27Some tasks entail asking NPCs for testimonials, which helps reveal information about Kira.
02:34Investigators look for clues to support L's deduction and help identify the real Kira.
02:39Be aware of suspicious players who get close to you.
02:41Your ID might get stolen if they are Kira or Kira follower.
02:45Unlike normal investigators, L has special actions, such as commanding other players

03:37Using these clues, vote on who you think Kira is and arrest them.
03:41If Kira is caught and the Death Note is disposed of, it's a win for Team L.
