00:41the players have for each other in the locker room?

00:46It's important.
00:48I think that's, I don't know what word to use best,
00:50but it's important that you can count on your teammates,
00:54that the players can count on us,
00:55and we can count on the players.
00:57Again, everyone's coming in this league
00:59and has got things they've got to continue to work through.
01:02It takes everyone to bring them along.
01:04And so I'm excited to watch how that process unfolds,
01:06and everyone's on board and willing to get the best out
01:10of every player we've got in the locker room.

01:23I think, I won't get into specific position groups,
01:27but I think there's a lot of good guys
01:29that are willing to help.
01:31And regardless of the situation with any player,
01:35always gotten really good feedback
01:36where people are understanding and want
01:38what's best for the team.
01:39As a head coach, how do you learn to discern
01:42when you get to the root of any kind of issue
01:44with a player all the time?
01:45Are you really at the heart of it?
01:46What's the hardest part of trying to discern exactly
01:50what the issue is with anybody?
01:52Everything's different.
01:53It's no two people are the same.
01:55It's always unique situations that you
01:57try to assess as best you can.
01:59And I won't list them all, but everyone's unique,
02:03and you've got to handle them all differently,
02:05and find the best way to solve the problem.
