00:00Yeah, thank you for making my year with your incredible acting.
00:03Oh, I'm sorry.
00:04Honestly, are you still kind of on cloud nine from the reaction at all?
00:09I'm very tired all the time. It's been like a lot to digest. But it's been amazing and
00:14like, this is a lot. But yeah, it's really amazing to be in rooms like this.
00:19And Breakthrough, what an incredible achievement.
00:21Yeah, thank you.
00:22What happened when you found out? How did your family react?
00:25I... Well, my family are always like, oh, okay. They're not going to get excited about
00:32things. But it was really nice when I found out. And it's a real... It's such a prestigious
00:38event. And so, yeah, it's really nice.
00:40I was thinking about your family in one of the scenes, spoiler alert, in the show. How
00:46did they feel watching that and that moment? All the emotion you went through and also
00:50what happened to you. How does that work, being an actress and your family watching
00:54that?
00:55You mean like watching me die?
00:56Yeah.
00:57Yeah. Well, they've watched me die before. I've died in two things now. So they're sort
01:01of getting used to it a bit. But I think my mum... I remember when I asked my mum about
01:07it and I was like, oh, did you cry when I died? And she was like, no. But I really cried
01:11at Leo going through all the grief. And I was like, thanks, Mum. Yeah.
01:15Did your family meet Leo?
01:16Yes. Oh, and I think he met my mum once at the screening or something.
01:20Are you still in touch? How is he?
01:22Good. Good. Busy.
01:24Good. I want to see a spin-off show with your characters or something. Do you know what
01:27I mean?
01:28Something happier. Yeah, we want to see it.
01:30And what did you learn from the show itself and the book?
01:33Oh my god. Well, I love the book. I think there's a lot of life lessons in it. It's
01:37hard to pick one. I guess just that life is so fragile. Live it to the fullest. You never
01:46know when life or people are going to be taken away from you.
01:50And look left and right at a junction if you're on a bike, yeah?
01:53Oh my god. Big time. Just don't. It's like in London.
01:57And what about your inspiration, female-wise?
02:00Oh my god. So many people. I look up to a lot of comedians. I grew up looking up to
02:09Tina Fey and Amy Poehler and people who were really brave and really vulnerable and sort
02:15of disrupted the mould a bit with the work that they did.
02:20Can we see some more comedy for you soon then?
02:22Oh my god. I hope so. I hope so, yeah.
02:24Are they on the pipeline?
02:25Maybe.
02:26Oh, I love it. She's seizing me. Thank you so much.
02:29Thank you so much.
02:29We'll be back again. Thank you.
