00:00It's finished. Hartsdil, Heidenheim 2 here at Tyne Castle in the Europa Conference League.
00:07The noise you can hear behind me is the jubilant German players saluting their pretty vociferous
00:13travelling support after this convincing win in the end over the Jambos. First half was
00:18all about Hartsdil's performance, they were the better team and probably should have gone
00:21in ahead after a quick chances win, begging from Laurence Schankel in particular, Frank
00:25Kent and also Alan Forrest. But the Bundesliga side came out a much more proficient outfit
00:31in the second period, fully deserving of getting to take the lead win. Sir Lord Conte headed
00:37home the opener. Hartsdil never looked like getting a second goal, in fact I thought Heidenheim
00:41were very comfortable thereafter and they got a second just before the end when Jan
00:45Schopner headed home after giving the better of Frank Kent. Hartsdil were disappointed
00:50they didn't take their chances when they came along. After that, Heidenheim really
00:55reached with them and showed their class in the second period. The Jambos though are still
01:00in a good position going into the fourth round of Conference League fixtures. They're on
01:05six points and probably need one more victory to make sure of a play-off spot. We're finished
01:10here, Hartsdil, Heidenheim 2.
