It’s been reported that three people have been charged in connection with Liam Payne’s death in Argentina. The public prosecutor’s office of Argentina have said that they have charged someone who was close with the star, a hotel employee and a suspected drug dealer.

00:31A statement from the prosecutor's office said that Liam Payne did not adopt a reflex posture to protect himself from the fall,
00:38meaning it can be inferred he could have been in a state of semi or total unconsciousness.
00:43The statement added that it would, quote,
00:46rule out the possibility of a conscious or voluntary act as in the state he was in he did not know what he was doing
00:52nor could he understand it, end quote.
00:55According to toxicology tests, Payne was found to have had traces of alcohol, cocaine and a prescription
01:02antidepressant in his body when he died. A memorial service will be held for Liam in his hometown of Wolverhampton,
01:08though the exact time and location are yet to be finalised.
