00:06The wind is strong in Cagayan, where the typhoon Marsi landed twice before it left the country earlier this afternoon.

00:16Some houses were closed because of this, and many houses were destroyed, schools and businesses.

00:22More than 10,000 families were evacuated in Cagayan and Pensalas was also affected in other provinces.

00:32The typhoon was hitting Sanchez Mira, Cagayan when a man tried to tie a rope.

00:40But later, it also left and the wind was strong.

00:49The residents of the house were not able to do anything, so they evacuated and spent the night in the neighbor's house.

00:54It was around 9 o'clock at night when the typhoon Marsi landed for the second time in Sanchez Mira.

01:02In the house of Peña Blanca, a man was helped to climb the Tawi Bridge by a man trapped in the river.

01:09They succeeded and the man was in a good condition.

01:12The river also flooded the road in the house of Aliakapan.

01:16Before it was dark yesterday, the typhoon hit the town of Gonzaga.
