01:06The Pinakanawan River was flooded due to the heavy rain brought by the typhoon.

01:11Barricades were placed near River Park to ensure the safety of motorists and residents.

01:18The Government of Panlalawigan continues to support the needs of the people of Cagayan.

01:23The Cagayan Provincial Government of HATMIR is now participating in various evacuation centers in the town of Gonzaga.

01:29Almost 300 individuals were fed with hot porridge and sopas.

01:34Fifty-eight families from the town of Santa Teresita were given relief goods and hygiene and medical kits.

01:42Authorities are also carrying out clearing operations in the town of Gonzaga after some trees fell and some power cables were cut off.

01:54In the latest data of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council,

01:58more than 20,000 individuals were affected by the flood in seven provinces from the Ilocos Region, Cagayan Valley, and Cordillera Administrative Region.

02:10Currently, almost 11,500 individuals continue to live in evacuation centers while almost 3,000 individuals continue to live with their loved ones.
