00:00This is what the end looks like.
00:02Like when a team is going this poorly,
00:05this is what it looks like at the end.
00:07There clearly needs to be change.
00:11I'll get back to that.
00:13But what you saw today was a breakdown
00:17on every single level of the Bears team.
00:22Offense, defense, special teams,
00:23there were breakdowns on each of it.
00:25You now have two games in a row
00:27where the Bears offense hasn't scored a touchdown.
00:30You saw Caleb Williams running for his life,
00:33and that is a product of one,
00:35not putting together a really good offensive line to begin with,
00:39and two, not having quality depth at the position.
00:43Including Nate Davis, who was out of this game
00:46after not being on the injury report with a back injury.
00:50And it leads to all sorts of questions.
00:53Questions that the Bears are not going to be able to answer.
00:56Because what they put out there in front of the Soldier Field crowd
00:59after being away for a month was ridiculous.
01:02It was absolutely ridiculous.
01:04Quarterback sacked nine times.
01:06Even when he wasn't sacked, he wasn't productive.
01:08You had him miss throws.
01:10You had guys drop passes.
01:12And the defense, who I'm usually down for defending,
01:15when they don't give up a lot of points,
01:17they gave up too many third downs,
01:19too many explosive plays,
01:21and too many opportunities for Drake May
01:23to look right in this game.
01:25You're going to walk out of this game wondering,
01:27not about Jayden Daniels,
01:29not about Bo Nicks,
01:31but wondering if the Bears got the wrong quarterback
01:34compared to the guy who was playing across from Caleb Williams.
01:37That's how bad things have gotten.
01:39That's how far down the road that we've gotten.
01:42And it leads to all of the questions.
01:45I think it's very easy to point the finger at Matt Iberflues,
01:48and he deserves it. He deserved your booze today.
01:51So does his boss.
01:53For allowing this to continue the way that it is.
01:55And we'll see if there's going to be change.
01:57But there desperately needs to be some sort of change.
02:01We all see it. And if they don't see it,
02:03that means they're not good at their job.
02:05Speagues and I will talk to you tomorrow at 2 on the score.
