00:00And at this point, we will talk about an update on the programs of the current administration here in Mr. President on the go.

00:23First of all, fellow countrymen, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. went to Bugay, Cagayan to distribute aid to the families affected by the Marseille earthquake.

00:36The President also accompanied the Department of Social Welfare and Development to distribute the 1,500 Family Food Packs.

00:45While the Department of Agriculture gave an 866.33 million pesos of intervention for the affected farmers, as well as fishermen.

00:58Aside from that, the BFAR also distributed 200 food packs of 5 kilos of rice and 20 boxes of sardines.

01:07In his visit to the town of Bugay, President Marcos Jr. promised to those affected by the earthquake that he will help them recover.

01:15Especially to the families whose homes were destroyed by the strong winds of Marseille, which was almost as strong as the Yolanda earthquake.

01:23The Office of the President also distributed 10 million pesos of financial assistance to the affected towns of Bugay, Sanchez Mira, Santa Teresita, Bagao, Gataran, Gonzaga, and Santa Ana.

01:37In the presence of the provincial government of Cagayan, the local government also distributed 300 food packs.

01:46While someone is still preparing the 500 packs that are needed.

01:49President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. also visited the Seawall in Barangay Poblacion 1 and the National High School in Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte,

01:57which was affected by the earthquake in Marseille.

02:00The President accompanied the DepEd, DPWH, and the local government in their efforts to restore and strengthen the infrastructure.

02:10And for the speedy recovery of the province, the President is also one of the distributors of food packs in Pagudpud, Cultural and Sports Complex,

02:16and he was the one who distributed 50 million pesos of financial assistance from the Office of the President and 20 million pesos from the DOLE.
