00:00Malacanang cried out that the government has enough funds to deal with the effects of the next pandemic and calamity.

00:15Princess, Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. has ordered the BPWH and DOTR to provide assistance
00:21to private contractors who have contracts with the national government.
00:27This is so that private contractors can use their equipment, such as trucks, for pre-positioning in the midst of the expected typhoons to arrive in the country.
00:39In an interview with Presidential Communications Office Acting Secretary Cesar Chavez,
00:44he said that the President has already given a directive up to this point,
00:48in the midst of the government's desire to help those in the private sector during this time of calamity.
00:54According to the President's directive, the attached agencies of the DOTR and BPWH
00:59will probably be able to distribute the necessary funds for the participation of private contractors for the pre-positioning efforts of the government.
01:10The trucks of the contractors who have contracts with the national government should help with the pre-positioning.
01:24When it comes to the budget for the disaster response,
01:27PCO Acting Secretary Chavez said that there is nothing to worry about.
01:32The government and the Department of Budget and Management, or DBM,
01:40will be able to distribute the funds that the government has for the pre-positioning efforts
01:46and this can be extended until December.

01:54that we have enough funds for the upcoming calamities until the end of December.
