01:06for the payment of the housing loan of affected borrowers who live and work

01:11in the areas below the State of Calamity due to the Typhoon Christine.

01:16Aside from the payment moratorium, the properties that were damaged due to the typhoon

01:24not only the Typhoon Christine, but also the previous typhoons,

01:29are included in the monthly payments of your housing loan, the so-called insurances,

01:35Mortgage Redemption Insurance, and Fire and Allied Burials Insurance.

01:40So, if a property of a member was damaged that he bought with the help of the Pag-ibig Housing Loan,

01:50Meanwhile, the Pag-ibig Fund approved its stable savings and shelter financing.

01:55According to Jacinto, the total savings of Pag-ibig members reached Php 98.72 billion

02:02for the third quarter where Php 49.27 billion came from the Regular Savings Program

02:08and Php 48.86 billion from the Voluntary MP2 Savings.

02:14That is why the total assets of the Pag-ibig Fund remain in good condition.

02:20Our total assets, as I said, every Peso that the Pag-ibig Fund has comes from the member,

02:27comes from all of you, from all of us.

02:30And the total assets of our Pag-ibig Fund is more than Php 1 trillion.

02:38Php 1.02 trillion as of September.
