00:13and I've been doing it for like I said about 10 years and it gives me the enjoyment of
00:20doing something for others. We have a lot of regular young people come
00:27and they know just to push the button and if it's not working they just come in and knock on the
00:34door and we have a lot of people from the retirement village go past every day and
00:39push the button and the posties on a fairly regular basis.
