00:00Bismillah-e-Rahman-e-Rahim, Allah-u-Tabarak-wa-Ta'ala-Ki-Pakizat-Ali-Naam-Se-Aagaz-Karte-Hain
00:26Hadeeth-e-Kitaab-ul-Itk, Dar-e-Bukhari, 2555-2556
00:44Hazrat Abu Huraira R.A. and Hazrat Zaid Bin Khalid, both narrate to the Prophet S.A.W. that
00:54when a slave commits adultery, beat him, when he commits adultery again, beat him,
01:01and when he commits adultery for the third or fourth time, sell him, even if it is for a rope.
01:08This means that if the slave had an illicit relationship with anyone,
01:13then the government has prescribed a punishment for him, that he can be punished.
01:17But when you see that his habit has become firm, then do not keep him with you and separate him from you.
01:24The next chapter is, when a servant brings food to a person.
01:32Hadeeth-e-Number-e-2557, Hazrat Abu Huraira R.A. narrates that the Prophet S.A.W. said,
01:41when a servant brings food to a person,
01:48if he does not keep him with him, then feed him one bite or two bites or one bite or two bites.
01:56Because that servant has put in a lot of effort to cook this food.
02:03See how beautiful our religion is, that the Prophet S.A.W. does not want us to look at anyone with contempt.
02:09That is why he said, if a servant, that is Khansama,
02:12in today's time he was a slave,
02:15today if Khansama brings something, a maid cooks,
02:19then the government said, either keep him with you and feed him.
02:23And suppose that there is a problem that you cannot keep him with you,
02:26then feed him some of that food.
02:29He has put in a lot of effort.
02:31Now in the earlier times, that servant did not have a salary.
02:35So when he cooks food, he should be more careful that he does not have a salary.
02:39If he is working for you, then you should give him a little more.
02:43Now it is necessary that whether it is Khansama or a maid, they are regularly taking salary.
02:48So should he still do it? Yes, he should.
02:51This is not obligatory, but it is a form of kindness.
02:55If your maid is working at home, some maids are such that
02:59they work from home all day long.
03:02They are held in two to four houses, then they come back to their house,
03:04then from there to another house, then to the third, then to the fourth house,
03:07and then back to their house in the evening.
03:09And their conditions are not good.
03:11Nowadays, it is certain that when a woman is working in different houses,
03:15then the conditions of the house are not good, that is why she is doing it.
03:18So some family members are such that they do not even ask for a single bite.
03:23A single bite.
03:24They say, give her a little soup,
03:28and give her a piece of bread, how much will it cost?
03:31But no.
03:31We have decided that we will feed you.
03:35Such a person feeds thousands.
03:37When guests come to our house,
03:39they are disrespectful, they abuse us,
03:41they do some wrong things, they are feeding all of us.
03:45No one is serving us, no one is doing anything,
03:47but they are just guests, that is why we are feeding them.
03:50So this poor person is serving us, even though he is taking a salary,
03:53but as a human being.
03:54So the poor woman is hungry and thirsty all day long,
03:57and sometimes she is not so thirsty that she can afford to buy food from outside.
04:01Nowadays, food is very expensive.
04:03So that is why the family members should give them a little bit.
04:06This is a form of kindness, you will get a reward.
04:09And I often encourage,
04:12that if you want to give charity,
04:14try to give it to those people who do not take the path of sin.
04:20They work hard and try to earn halal, even though they get little.
04:26For example, you have a driver,
04:29you have a watchman,
04:30you have a maid, even though you are giving her a salary.
04:33If you think that she is poor, then give it to her.
04:36If this woman had sold her body,
04:38and earned money in that way, then we would all have abused her.
04:42That she has made the society dirty, she has ruined it.
04:45But she did not do any such thing.
04:47She comes, protects her dignity,
04:50and comes to work, works hard, and takes her money.
04:53If she does not do the right thing, then she is a follower of treachery.
04:57She is worthy in the hereafter.
04:58But most of the time, she is doing what she is told to do.
05:01So she saved her dignity and took the path of hard work.
05:05Although she could have easily earned by doing other work,
05:08even by doing haram work.
05:10It is easier, but this is a difficult path.
05:12We should help them.
05:14We should help them a little bit.
05:17But remember,
05:19la tubtilo sadaqatikum bil manni wal adha
05:22Do not waste your charity by hurting others and showing kindness.
05:26This is what your Lord said.
05:28So you should not give and taunt.
05:33And in the same way, when you give zakat or charity,
05:38do not take more work from them.
05:40It is not that you increase their work.
05:42They are taking revenge for their charity.
05:45If the work is getting done, do a favor.
05:47In the same way, there are many people who do not beg,
05:50but are selling something.
05:52And if you do not take it, they do not say.
05:53Sometimes it happens that you see that they are going to beg.
05:57Take this pen.
05:58No, help me a little bit, I am poor.
06:01So they wear it and reach there by means.
06:05And sometimes it happens that you say no.
06:06Okay, they will go ahead immediately.
06:08This means that he is not a beggar.
06:10In fact, I saw that I wanted to give him something.
06:13The child was looking very up to date.
06:16So he was selling something.
06:17So I told him, take it, son.
06:19So he said no, I can't take it like this.
06:22Then I took that thing and gave him his money.
06:25So I was very happy.
06:27People who are white-collar, buy things from them.
06:31Give them a little extra.
06:33So what I mean to say is that at least those who are working in our house,
06:39give them a little extra in their expenses.
06:41No one gets hurt by this.
06:43He will pray.
06:44Poor people are there.
06:46It is very difficult to survive these days.
06:47Expenses have increased a lot.
06:49So this government has encouraged us.
06:50We should accept it.
06:53Let's come to the next hadith.
06:54First is the door.
06:55The door of the slave is the guardian of his master's wealth.
07:02The hadith is the same as I just mentioned.
07:05In 2558, the Prophet said,
07:10Every one of you is a watchman.
07:12And everyone will be asked about his property.
07:15So the Imam, the guardian, will be asked about his property.
07:20The man is the guardian of his family.
07:22And he will be asked about his property.
07:25The woman is the guardian of her husband's house.
07:28She will be asked about her property.
07:30And the servant is the guardian of his master's wealth.
07:33He will be asked about his property.
07:36Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar used to say that
07:39I have heard these hadiths from the Prophet.
07:43And he also said that the man is the guardian of his father's wealth.
07:48And he will be asked about his property.
07:50So every one of you is a watchman.
07:54And he will be asked about his property.
07:58This means that according to this hadith,
08:01even the children should not misuse their parents' wealth.
08:05Allah will ask questions about this as well.
08:08Some children spend their parents' wealth without mercy.
08:13And they spend it on wrong things.
08:14This is treachery.
08:16This can also happen in the hereafter.
08:19Let's move on to the next chapter.
08:20The door of the slave is the guardian of his master's wealth.
08:24When the master beats the slave, he should avoid his face.
08:29That is, he should stop beating his face.
08:31Hadith number 2569 is pure.
08:35Hazrat Abu Huraira, may Allah be pleased with him, is the narrator of this.
08:41He said that the Prophet said that
08:46when one of you fights with someone,
08:49he should avoid beating his face.
08:53The next hadith is similar to this.
08:55It is separate.
08:56But pay attention to this hadith.
09:00The government has prohibited beating the face.
09:02And why did they prohibit it?
09:03Because the face is the most noble part of the body.
09:08And Allah has attributed the surahs to himself.
09:11That Allah makes surahs for you in the wombs of mothers.
09:16So one should not beat the face.
09:17And if someone beats the face and a defect is formed,
09:20then a person cannot hide it.
09:22If a defect is formed or a defect is formed,
09:24then the face's decency is damaged.
09:26That is why it was prohibited.
09:28So this is only prohibited to the master.
09:30But remember,
09:31everything,
09:32this is the title,
09:33but if you look at anything,
09:37it is prohibited to beat the face.
09:39For example, if there is an animal,
09:40don't beat its face.
09:41The government has prohibited it.
09:43Such teachers sometimes punish the students,
09:47especially when they have young children.
09:49And especially when they are in government schools,
09:51there is no such violence in private schools.
09:54Because the parents come and shout.
09:56But in government schools,
09:59the children are very oppressed.
10:01The poor are slapped on the face.
10:05All our sisters who are teachers,
10:07if you are listening,
10:08don't do this.
10:09You are opposing your Prophet.
10:11You are opposing his orders.
10:13You will have to account for it in the field of society.
10:16Similarly,
10:18if a teacher doesn't beat his students,
10:21if the parents don't beat their children,
10:23similarly, don't beat your wife's face.
10:26Sometimes a woman slaps you on the face.
10:29This is wrong.
10:30Similarly, a husband cannot beat his wife's face.
10:33This has been prohibited.
10:34Everyone should pay attention to this.
10:36Those who have ever slapped someone's face.
10:38In this way, the government said about fighting,
10:41if you fight, don't hit the face.
10:43If you hit the face,
10:44the face will break,
10:45there will be other damage.
10:46And what happens in our country?
10:47First of all, we hit the face
10:49because it is a delicate part.
10:50And because of that,
10:51we can quickly overcome it.
10:53So, we make the face the target.
10:55So, we need our purpose.
10:58We don't care what the Prophet of Allah is saying.
11:01In this context,
11:02all those games will be prohibited
11:04in which slapping is done on the face.
11:07There is boxing,
11:08UFC fight, etc.
11:09You see,
11:10in all of these,
11:11the face is hit.
11:12Our religion strictly prohibits it.
11:14We cannot play the game of hitting the face.
11:17We will have to pay special attention to this.
11:21Up to this point,
11:21Kitab-ul-Itq has ended.
11:23And now,
11:24Kitab-ul-Muqatab will start.
11:27You know that
11:28Muqatab is also a type of slave
11:30in which the master tells his slave
11:33that if you earn this much and give it to me,
11:36then I will set you free.
11:38Now, it is necessary that
11:39when the master has made this offer,
11:41then the slave has to be given free space
11:42that you go and do business,
11:44do whatever you want,
11:45save money,
11:45if you give me this much,
11:46I will set you free.
11:48So, the agreement that we are making,
11:52is called the agreement of Kitab-ul-Itq.
11:55And that slave is called Muqatab-ul-Slave.
11:57About this,
11:58these hadiths have been brought here.
12:01So, it is said that
12:02the person who falsely accused his slave of adultery,
12:06but there is no hadith in this,
12:08Imam Bukhari.
12:09The second chapter was established,
12:10This is the chapter of Muqatab-ul-Muqatabi
12:12and Nujumi-hi fi kulli sanatin najmun.
12:15Muqatab and its narrations,
12:16and to make a narration obligatory every year.
12:19You have stated this,
12:21but the hadith has not been mentioned on it.
12:23It has been mentioned far ahead,
12:24on page number 2,560 of a hadith.
12:30So, in this chapter,
12:31almost the same hadith,
12:32the hadith of the same subject,
12:33has been stated in many places.
12:35And you had heard it before too,
12:37about Barira, may Allah be pleased with him,
12:41that the people who had slaves,
12:43they had offered them,
12:44that bring so much money and give it to them,
12:45we will set you free.
12:47So, they came to Syeda Ayesha Siddiqa,
12:49may Allah be pleased with her,
12:51and said,
12:51if you help me a little bit in this,
12:54so that I can free myself.
12:56Syeda Ayesha Siddiqa, may Allah be pleased with her,
12:58said,
12:59I will give you all the money,
13:02you free yourself.
13:04But,
13:05and then I will set you free too.
13:07And then your bond will be for me.
13:10The concept of bond was told to you,
13:12that when a master frees a slave,
13:15and the slave has wealth,
13:17now he is free,
13:18he has wealth and he is dead.
13:20And he has no heir.
13:22So, now the wealth he has,
13:23will be given to the master who frees him.
13:25And this wealth is called bond.
13:28Syeda Ayesha Siddiqa said,
13:30go and talk to your masters,
13:32that I will give you money and set you free.
13:35And then I will set you free too.
13:37And then your bond will be with me.
13:39When she went and talked to him,
13:41he said, no, the bond will be for us.
13:43When this matter was presented in the court of the Prophet,
13:47the government said,
13:47their condition will not work.
13:49The condition that Allah has set,
13:51that will be maintained.
13:53So, this is what happened.
13:54Syeda Ayesha Siddiqa gave him the money and set him free.
13:57And the bond was not dealt with further,
14:00but it was decided.
14:02Now, look at these hadiths on this.
14:03There are 2,560 hadiths on this.
14:06Syeda Ayesha Siddiqa said,
14:09Hazrat Bareera came to him.
14:12She was asking him for help in her appointment.
14:16And to set him free,
14:18in 5 years,
14:20approximately 200 dirhams were set.
14:23200 dirhams means silver coins.
14:25Hazrat Ayesha Siddiqa asked him for help.
14:30And said, if I give him this amount,
14:33then I will set you free.
14:36If your bond is for me, then?
14:39So, Hazrat Bareera went to her owners,
14:42and in front of them,
14:43she presented Hazrat Ayesha Siddiqa's proposal.
14:47They said, no, the bond will be for us.
14:50Syeda Ayesha Siddiqa said,
14:51then I went to the Prophet,
14:54and I mentioned the incident in his service.
14:56So, the government said,
14:58you buy it and set it free.
15:01The bond is only for the one who sets it free.
15:05So, the Prophet stood up,
15:07he gave a sermon,
15:08and said,
15:10what is the condition of those people,
15:12who set such conditions,
15:14which are not in the book of Allah.
15:17Whoever sets such conditions,
15:18which are not in the book of Allah,
15:19then it is a false condition.
15:21The condition of Allah is more worthy and stronger
15:24than the condition of being fulfilled.
15:28This means,
15:29this is a clear Hadith that we have narrated.
15:33Remember,
15:34the conditions which are there,
15:36while setting them,
15:38we should consult a good scholar.
15:42Sometimes,
15:43we are setting conditions while getting married.
15:46When we are buying something on rent,
15:48we set conditions for that.
15:50We set conditions for buying and selling.
15:52In our markets,
15:53there are conditions between the traders.
15:56I will sell on this condition.
15:58You will have to do this for a long time.
16:00If you do this,
16:01then we will do this.
16:02Remember,
16:03if it is against the Qur'an and Hadith,
16:05then we will be sinners.
16:07In Nikah,
16:08there are also such conditions.
16:10Nikah is right,
16:11but it is not Fasid.
16:13If the conditions are wrong,
16:15then there will be punishment in the hereafter.
16:17But in buying and selling,
16:18if you have to buy something on rent,
16:20you are investing money.
16:22Sometimes,
16:23the conditions which are there,
16:26because of this,
16:27these matters become Fasid.
16:29Baya Fasid,
16:30Ijara Fasid,
16:32Shirkat Fasida,
16:33Mudarabat Fasida.
16:35And in that,
16:36both the parties are sinners.
16:38And it is obligatory to end that deal.
16:40It is obligatory.
16:41If you don't do it,
16:42both will be sinners.
16:43And now,
16:44in our market,
16:45those who have not learned the religion,
16:47they are making deals by setting all kinds of conditions.
16:50And mostly,
16:51they are Fasid
16:53and sinners.
16:54The Prophet,
16:55peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
16:57forbade them to set those conditions.
16:59Baya means buying and selling.
17:01There are conditions in it.
17:02Not all conditions are forbidden.
17:04There is a detail in it.
17:05That is why I told you,
17:07that when you want to set a condition,
17:09you should know about it first.
17:11Now,
17:12may Allah have mercy on our sisters.
17:15Our women,
17:16their minds are always filled with conditions.
17:19They will go to the shopkeeper and say,
17:21if this happens,
17:22then this will happen.
17:23If this happens,
17:24then this will happen.
17:25Otherwise,
17:26at the same time,
17:27that condition comes to their mind.
17:28And they think that
17:29whatever condition we set for our benefit,
17:31and the other person says yes,
17:33our deal will be fixed.
17:35My sisters,
17:36remember,
17:37you are also a sinner.
17:38And the shopkeeper is also a sinner.
17:40Because of your ignorance,
17:42because you did not learn the Shariah,
17:45Allah will not change His laws.
17:47Religion does not change.
17:49If this happens,
17:50then everyone in the world is doing according to their own will.
17:53So, finish the religion.
17:54If you don't finish the religion,
17:55then it means that
17:56whatever the person is doing,
17:57that is the religion and that is right.
17:58This does not happen.
17:59You have to learn.
18:00So many sins are happening,
18:01so many sins are happening,
18:02that there is no end to it.
18:03Now,
18:04these houses are being sold,
18:05they are signing agreements,
18:06you are investing money,
18:07so an agreement is being made,
18:08a stamp paper is being made,
18:09put this condition in it,
18:10put this condition in it,
18:11in which there is our benefit.
18:12Even if the other person suffers a loss,
18:14and there are so many wrong conditions in it,
18:17in which both are becoming sinners.
18:19So,
18:20think carefully.
18:21May Allah enable us to understand.
18:23Ameen.
