00:00More than 30 residents in Isabela are still staying at the evacuation center following the outbreak of Hurricane Ophel.
00:10The situation of our affected countrymen was reported by April Racho of Radyo Pilipinas in Centro Balita.
00:20Although the situation has calmed down and the weather has gotten better,
00:23after Hurricane Ophel,
00:26several families are still staying at the evacuation center in the province of Isabela.
00:30According to Police Captain Scarlett Topinio, spokesperson of the Isabela Police Provincial Office,
00:35up to 10,044 families, or 37,771 individuals, were evacuated to different provinces in the province.
00:46The Coastal Towns were the first to be exposed to the storm in Lambac, Cagayan.
00:50Based on their monitoring, the storm had a great effect on the Coastal Towns of Dinapiguet, Palanan, Makonakon, and Divilacan.
00:57However, currently, many are still unable to return home,
01:00especially those whose homes are located in low-lying areas and are still flooded.
01:07Not only is the flood still not subsiding due to the effect of Hurricane Nikang,
