00:32is because of Hurricane Pepito that hit Luzon this weekend.
00:36According to Mark Rembrandt-Victore of OCD Mimaropa,

00:45or 7,615 people were evacuated from the provinces of Romblon, Oriental Mindoro,
00:52Occidental Mindoro, and Marinduque due to the storm surge, landslide, and flooding.
