00:16Fearful of strong winds and rain,

00:20this is what Baguio, Ofel is currently experiencing here in Santa Ana, Cagayan,

00:25since earlier this afternoon.

00:28This is what Baguio, Ofel is experiencing in the province of Cagayan.

00:32Since earlier this afternoon,

00:33the province of Baguio has been experiencing strong winds and rain.

00:40This is what Baguio, Ofel is currently experiencing here in Santa Ana, Cagayan.

00:45The whole area has almost zero visibility.

00:48Some trees have already fallen.

00:51Even though the power lines have been cut off,

00:55the trees are almost bare due to the strong winds.

00:59The waves are also strong in Santa Ana.

01:02All establishments are closed.

01:04And this is a ghost town.

01:07The situation is far from what it was earlier this morning

01:10when we first went around.

01:12At the moment, the force evacuation of the LGO of Santa Ana, Cagayan, is underway.

01:17They hope that there won't be a big storm left by the province of Baguio, Ofel and their town.

01:23If we were to be hit by a storm,

01:26the LGO won't be able to handle it.

01:31Ma'am, you know,

01:32we've been experiencing for almost 6 hours

01:35no change in the strength of the rain and wind here in the province of Cagayan.

01:40The whole province of Santa Ana, Cagayan, has no electricity at this time.

01:44And the whole area is a ghost town.

01:47Based on the latest data from the local government of Santa Ana,

01:50more than 1,300 families have been evacuated.

01:53That's equivalent to 3,700 individuals in the evacuation center.

01:59That's the latest from Santa Ana, Cagayan.
