00:00The prologues play a fundamental, if not peculiar, role in the social, historical and cultural identity of our country,
00:14valuing at best the local realities, which are also the strength of Made in Italy, as it is perceived in the world,
00:25the excellence of what is done in every Italian municipality, the fruit of history and of a productive and social culture.
00:34For this reason, within the Framework Law on Made in Italy, we have valued the cultural and creative industry,
00:45with resources that serve to develop them precisely in the territory.
00:50For this reason, within the Framework Law, we have financed local associations,
00:55which intend to make the geographical indications of artisanal and industrial manufactures recognized,
01:03as it has happened in the last 20 years, with great success for Italy, for food geographical indications.
01:10Today, the new European Regulation also allows to recognize the geographical indications of industrial and artisanal products,
01:18such as glass ceramics, as well as glass from Murano, as well as yesterday we won our battle at the continental and then world level
01:27with Parma ham or San Daniele.
01:30At the same time, in this economic maneuver, there is a provision, a link,
01:36therefore a draft of law that will be realized in the coming months, but financed in this economic maneuver,
01:41which tends to enhance the attractive capacity of the national territory.
01:48It is called Destinazione Italia and will encourage, will support that phenomenon already in force,
01:57of those who intend to reside in our country, continuing to work abroad, that is, the so-called digital navigators.
02:07We have understood, first with the drama of the pandemic, then with the delocalization,
02:12when it is possible today, in many sectors and in many businesses, to work from a distance.
02:20And this phenomenon is spreading globally.
02:24Italy can be the most attractive country for those who want to live in this extraordinary country,
02:30made up of thousands of small villages that represent jewels in the international context.
02:38And with this regulation, Destinazione Italia, we will regulate and encourage those who want to live in Italy,
02:46continuing to work and perceive their income from the company that may reside in the Silicon Valley,
02:53rather than in the London Stock Exchange.
02:56At the same time, in the same procedure, we have some measures that serve to de-seasonalize Italian tourism,
03:05to make these extraordinary villages of our country live every day of the year.
03:12The procedure will therefore encourage thermal tourism, the development of thermal activity,
03:20as well as the development of nautical activities in our country, golf courses, sports tourism and also congress tourism.
03:33That is, everything that can be used alongside the already important and significant tourism of the arts,
03:40of the city of arts of our country, which can obviously be explained throughout the year,
03:46but also other forms of tourism, of attractiveness of the territory,
03:51that can allow us to de-seasonalize tourism and make every day of the year attractive for our country.
