00:52Let's begin with the news.
01:09The Israeli army bombed Beirut, the capital of Lebanon, twice on Sunday, leaving at least
01:14four people killed and 22 wounded.
01:17According to Lebanese security sources, no center or institutions affiliated with Hamas
01:22or Hezbollah was located in the area of the strike.
01:25In this context, firefighting crews worked to extinguish the flames caused by the attack
01:29on the Mar Elias district, a commercial residential area.
01:32This is the first attack since October 8, 2023, against this area in the Lebanese capital.
01:37Likewise, the Lebanese Ministry of Education announced the closure of schools as a security
01:41measure.
01:42The strikes were also reported in the region of Tire, in the south of Lebanon, which left
01:4711 people dead and 48 wounded.
01:54Meanwhile, the Israeli regime continues its expansionist policies at the cost of land
02:01grabbing and destruction of Palestinian homes in the occupied West Bank.
02:05On Monday morning, bulldozers of the occupying forces demolished several buildings in Raf
02:09town, northwest of Jerusalem.
02:11Local sources reported that the Israeli troops demolished a garden, a hut, two football
02:16fields and a photo studio in the Beit Sirik area.
02:19In addition to these actions, the constant harassment by the Zionist forces and settlers
02:24seek to advance in the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians and to expand illegal settlements
02:28in the occupied West Bank.
02:35And the Lebanese George Ibrahim Abdallah, who has been detained in France for more than
02:4040 years, will still have to wait several weeks to know if his release, or the last
02:44number 15th by the Court of Execution of Anti-Terrorist Penalties, will finally be effective.
02:50The decision was immediately appealed by the National Anti-Terrorist Prosecutor's Office,
02:54which could delay the release schedule for December 6th of this year.
02:58French law stipulates that the appeal process could take up to two months, which would force
03:02Abdallah to remain in prison until at least early 2025.
03:07And in Senegal, a government spokesman said that the government party Senegal African
03:23Patriots for Work, Ethics and Fraternity won a wide victory in the legislative elections
03:28held in the African country.
03:30On Sunday, more than 7 million voters were called to the polls to elect 165 parliamentarians
03:36for the next five years.
03:37The spokesman in charge of the announcement, Amadou Moustapha Djigtsare, based his statement
03:42on the counting of 90% of the votes.
03:44According to local media, PASDEF won 29 seats on the national proportional list and 90 on
03:49the departmental majority list, giving it an absolute majority in the legislature and
03:54consolidating its position in strategic strongholds such as Dakar, Tiwagouane and Lingera.
04:05In South Sudan, the Ministry of Health is on alert for a possible cholera outbreak.
04:10According to the organization Doctors Without Borders, the conditions for a cholera outbreak
04:14are in sight following the continuous arrival of numerous refugees from neighboring Sudan
04:18and the precarious situation in the settlements of war-forced migrants.
04:23The non-governmental organization reported in a statement that the increase of cases
04:27in the towns of Renk and Malakal in Obernal state, about 520 km north of Juba, the capital
04:33city where thousands of Sudanese fleeing armed conflict are sheltered.
04:38Specialists warn that the current situation worsens the conditions to sanitize the outbreaks
04:43of the epidemic in Obernal state, so it calls for an immediate vaccination campaign.
04:54California health officials confirmed the first case of the most aggressive strain of
04:58mpox in the United States.
05:01Strain 0 recently traveled to East Africa, according to the Center for Disease Control
05:05and Prevention.
05:06Laboratory tests revealed that the person was infected with strain 1 of mpox.
05:12Strain 1 has caused death and more severe symptoms than strain 2, which was primarily

06:13U.S. President Joe Biden authorized Ukraine to use Washington-supplied long-range missiles
06:18to attack Russian territory.
06:20Media reports indicate that the long-range missiles authorized by Biden are likely to
06:23be used first against Russian troops in the Kursk province, the scene of a massive incursion
06:28by the Kiev regime into Russia's border territory.
06:30In this context, the British Royal Air Force reported that the United Kingdom and France

06:40For this part, Moscow has repeatedly warned that the Western policy of supplying weapons
06:44to Ukraine does not contribute to the Russian-Ukrainian negotiations and would only have a negative
06:48effect on the current conflict.
06:57In response, the Russian government recalled that President Vladimir Putin has spoken out
07:02on previous occasions reiterating the consequences for the West of allowing an attack on Russia.
07:07In September, the Russian President stated that if a decision was made to allow Ukraine
07:11to attack Russia with long-range weapons, it would mean a war initiated by NATO.
07:16Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova recalled that President Putin has
07:20already made a statement on this issue and on the consequences for the West.
07:24In this context, Putin has informed that with a view to changing the nature of the
07:28conflict, the appropriate decision would be taken according to the threat posed.
07:38The Russian Ministry of Defense reported this November 18 that 59 Ukrainian attack drones
07:42were shot down on day in various regions of the southwestern part of the country.
07:47According to the report of this, on many aerial vehicles, 45 were intercepted in the Bryansk
07:52region, 6 in Kursk, 3 in Belgorod, 3 in Tula and 2 in Moscow.

08:07also intensified.
08:26In Belize, tropical storm Zara made landfall causing heavy rains and flooding in several
08:30locations in the country.
08:33According to the United States National Hurricane Center, the storm weakened as it passed through
08:37the central American country and would reach Guatemala and southern Mexico as a tropical
08:41depression after having left floods in Honduras, one dead and more than 70,000 affected.
08:47So far, no casualties have been reported in Belize.
08:49However, authorities warned in their latest report that rivers have increased their flow
08:54and heavy rains have caused flooding in several areas of the country.
08:58Maximum sustained winds are near 55 km per hour with stronger gusts.
09:01Further weakening is expected until it becomes a throw over the southern portion of the Yucatan
09:06Peninsula.
09:07Another month, the island of storms favored by Tropical Depression Zara affects El Salvador
09:18with abundant humidity coming from the Pacific Ocean.
09:22The storms entered through the coasts of Sonsonate and Aguas Japan in the southwest of the country
09:27and moved through the northeast of the country, where they will cause damage in the next few days.
09:32So far, as a result of the heavy rains of the last hours, a house collapsed in the coastal
09:37area at the same time that military and firefighters removed trees and debris while supporting
09:41the evacuation of seven civilians.
09:43The Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources forecasts that due to the influence of the
09:48drag of humidity from Tropical Depression Zara from the Pacific Ocean, the rains will
09:53continue into the first days of this week.

10:14the province of Loja and have affected 88 hectares of primary forest in the Podocarpus
10:21National Park.
10:22Meanwhile, to contain the advance of the flames, rescue brigades from other cities have joined
10:27in, in addition to four helicopters equipped with Bambi buckets, two of them belonging
10:31to the Peruvian Air Force.
10:33In this regard, the Risk Management Agency recommended citizens to use face masks due
10:37to air pollution from the flames.
10:46And in India, New Delhi dealt with a severe level of pollution, forcing its government
10:50to implement extreme emergency measures such as the suspension of classes and industrial
10:55activities.
10:57On daybreak, fog reduced visibility to minimum, causing flight cancellations and delays at
11:02railway stations.
