01:12The Lebanese resistance confirmed a series of operations against the Israeli occupation,
01:1610 in Lebanese territories and 11 in occupied territories.
01:19We also stated that two of these operations targeted bases in the occupied Syrian Kolan,
01:24where Israel maintains a tank and munitions depot and a staging base for ground forces.
01:28Tel Aviv also reported that several rockets fell on the occupied Palestinian territory
01:33of Nahariya, and warned that Hezbollah is expected to carry out new attacks against
01:37the area in the next 24 hours.

02:27At the United Nations, a special meeting will commemorate Palestine Day this November 26,
02:33on the eve of the anniversary of the Partition Resolution that stipulated in 1947 the creation
02:39of an Arab state in the still-occupied territories.
02:43The meeting will recall one of the oldest debts of the organization and will become
02:47a space for solidarity after more than a year of Israeli offensive in Gaza since 1977.
02:53The international update highlights the need to comply with the resolution that stipulated
02:57the creation of a Jewish state and an Arab state in Palestine.
03:01Despite the decades that have passed, of the two states contemplating the resolution, only
03:05Israel has been created.
03:11On heavy rains and high sea waves floated thousands of tents of displaced Palestinians
03:16west of the city of Handounis in the Gaza Strip.

03:23some places, washed away plastic and cloth shelters.
03:27Government teams on the ground report that 135,000 tents, 110,000 are completely worn
03:34out and need to be replaced urgently.

04:15Furthermore, he warned that the actions of the United States would lead the region and
04:19its surroundings to an unprecedented level of escalation and would also push the world
04:23to the risk of nuclear war, whose consequences will be faced by all the peoples of the world.
04:35The Russian government warned about the United States' attempts to destabilize the member
04:38nations of the Community of Independent States.
04:41The Russian Foreign Intelligence Service said the United States and its allies are making
04:45joint efforts to undermine the integration processes on the Eurasian continent.
04:49The intelligence service indicated that the U.S. and British intelligence agencies have
04:54set themselves the ambitious task of breaking not only political and economic ties, but
04:58also the deep historical and even geographical ties between the nations of the region.
05:03Authorities of the said agency pointed out that an example of this is their support for
05:08Ukraine, a country used by Washington as a war machine against Russia.

05:24results of the parliamentary elections.

05:33The head of the Russian diplomacy also warned that Western countries, which are also members
05:37of NATO, are taking advantage of their influence on non-governmental organizations to destabilize
05:42the internal politics of Georgia.
05:45Opposition parties qualified the parliamentary elections of October 26 as an alleged fraud
05:49and with them have unleashed matrices to generate scenarios of violence with the use of students,
05:56although the Central Electoral Commission certified the results of the elections.

07:08Local police and firefighters reported that the incident did not cause any injuries.
07:13The error that led to the fire, and whose cause is still unknown, occurred in the second
07:17stage of the rocket.
07:18This is not the first unsuccessful test.
07:21Back in July 2023, the Epsilon-S rocket exploded seconds after the ignition.
07:27Tuesday's test began at 8.30am local time at the Tanegashima Space Centre in the south
07:32of the country.

08:30the deadly floods and landslides.
08:32Disaster shift in hardest-hit Kato district, Jusprit, Nadiak, said that the discovery of

08:50are made more likely by climate change.

09:31Brazilian meteorological authorities warned of high temperatures in the Amazon region,
09:35adding that they could reach 5.1 degrees Celsius above normal for this time of year.
09:40The National Institute of Meteorology reported that the heatwave is an anomaly influenced
09:44by the global climate crisis and regional factors due to deforestation.
09:49It also warned that another phenomenon is expected at the end of this year in the region
09:53that could have a mitigated impact on the temperature called La Nina, which could possibly
09:59cause a cooling of the Pacific Ocean and an increase in rainfall in the Amazon region.
10:04On the other hand, authorities warned people to protect themselves with clothes that cover
10:08the whole body, as well as sunblock, and to keep hydrated.

10:22that violate international law.
10:24The bill proposed by the presidency is titled Protection of Nicaraguans Against External
10:28Sanctions and Aggressions.
10:29It imposes penalties on those entities that implement these coercive measures against
10:33the country.

11:01According to the United Nations Population Fund, in the last 10 years, Argentina has
11:05recorded over 2,400 femicides, resulting in at least 2,047 children losing their mothers.
11:13Surveys indicate that approximately 45 percent of Argentine women experience gender-based
11:17violence at some point in their lives.
11:19The organization emphasizes that one of the most devastating effects of these femicides
11:24is the impact on children left without mothers, which severely affects their well-being and
11:29development.
11:30The head of the United Nations Population Fund in Argentina, Mariana Isasi, stressed
11:34the need for a collective commitment to ensure the protection of women and girls.
11:43More than 17 million people in Argentina are exposed to arsenic-containing water, according
11:48to recent research to be published in the journal Water and Health.
11:52The scientist who led the work, Alejandro Oliva, equates it to an epidemic.
11:57In fact, studies are being conducted that prove the connection between this contaminant
12:01and diseases such as cancer and Alzheimer's.
12:04Arsenic is a naturally occurring contaminant that comes from the erosion of rocks in aquifers.
12:09However, it is also reported to a lesser extent as a result of human activities linked to
12:14industrial processes such as mining, metal smelting, and the use of pesticides.
12:23Uruguay's President-elect Yamandu Orsi visited his mentor, former President Jose
12:28Mujica, on Monday, a day after his victory on the ballot, which marks the return of the

13:52In Mexico, authorities call on President-elect Donald Trump's administration to promote
13:56dialogue following the president's threats to impose tariffs against the neighboring
14:00country.
14:01In her morning press conference, President Claudia Chain-Bowne responded to Donald Trump
14:05and announced that she will send a letter to establish a dialogue and discuss the tariffs
14:09he is seeking to apply to Mexico.
14:11The president also pointed out that this measure could have a negative effect on the U.S. economy.
14:16So on Wednesday she will receive businessmen who will evaluate the situation.
14:20The initiative takes place after Donald Trump informed that he will charge tariffs of 25%
14:25on all products coming not only from Mexico, but also from Canada.
14:39We are going to send this letter today.
14:42As you can see, we are proposing a dialogue with President Trump's team.
14:46Tomorrow a council of businessmen that we have been forming for some time, coordinated
14:58by Altagracia Gomez and the Secretary of Economy Marcelo Heber.
15:06Because first, we are going to show what the increase in tariffs would mean for the United
15:09States, the impact that the United States economy would experience if tariffs are increased.
15:18And around 199 Cuban doctors arrived in Mexico on Monday to work in remote communities as
15:23part of the existing agreement between the two countries.
15:26Last July, during the administration of Lopez Obrador, it was announced that nearly 2,700
15:31new doctors would arrive in the country to provide services in 282 basic hospitals and
15:37integrated communities located in rural or highly marginalized areas.
15:42As explained at the time by the former director of the Mexican Social Security Institute,
15:46Zoe Robledo, the Cuban doctors would go to cover high demand specialties.
15:52After her election to office, President Clara Sheinbaum expressed her intention to continue
15:57with the agreement with Cuba in health matters.
16:05The United Nations warns that humanitarian agencies lack funds to deal with the consequences
16:10of Haiti's violence crisis, which disproportionately impacts women and girls.
16:15The UN reported that from January to October this year, Haiti registered nearly 5,400 cases
16:20of gender-based violence.
16:22United Nations Secretary General-Representative Stéphane Dujarric stated that services against
16:27gender violence and sexual abuse are seriously underfunded and that the agency's population
16:31fund has obtained only 19% of the necessary funding.
16:35They point out that at least 2,000 people have left their homes due to the resurgence
16:40of violence in the country.
16:47And according to reports, 94% of women are exposed to some form of gender-based violence
16:52and of all the complaints received, about 80% refer to sexual violence.
16:57Director of the United Nations Population Fund for Latin America and the Caribbean Susana
17:01Sotoli affirms that criminal gangs subject girls and women to horrific sexual abuse and
17:07survivors have limited access to protection and care services.
17:11In this context, reports indicate that Haiti has experienced a 1,000% increase in sexual
17:16violence against children by year 2024, although humanitarian organizations are working with
17:21local authorities to provide essential services for victims, it remains insufficient and inaccessible.
17:32Hundreds of women in Panama demanded justice this Monday in an unprecedented demonstration
17:37bringing together feminist organizations in the framework of the International Day for
17:41the Elimination of Violence Against Women.
17:44Activists demanded the state policies to protect women's lives in the face of the increase
17:49of gender violence.
17:51Demonstrators emphasized that violence transcends physical aggression, since inequalities persist
17:56in the political, economic and domestic spheres.
17:59Other demands included the lack of recognition of women's disproportionate burden of household
18:04chores, as well as the cultural and structural barriers that hinder their access to better
18:08paid leadership positions.
18:15And in Santiago de Chile, thousands of women gathered on Monday at Alameda Avenue to celebrate
18:20the International Day Against Violence Against Women, marching peacefully and without incidence
18:25The Chilean Network Against Violence Against Women, one of the entities that made the call
18:29through a statement, expressed that there are serious allegations against public and
18:34powerful individuals accused of violence and sexual abuse.
18:37After the alleged rape perpetrated by the former Undersecretary of the Interior Manuel
18:41Monsalve, the progressive government of President Gabriel Boric was criticized for not acting
18:47immediately and dismissing the Undersecretary.
18:49Let's remember that the President since he took office in 2022 defined himself as
18:54a feminist government.
19:01This is to show solidarity with all the women abused everyday in this country, in this continent.
19:06Although there have been some advances, we have to show our anger.
19:10There is still a long way to go.
19:12We must continue to demand change.

19:31region with the aim of strengthening the exchange and collaboration between agencies and institutions
19:36that work with this concept.
19:38Among the topics to be discussed in panels are the roles of the public and private sectors
19:42in building a country's image, digital strategies in brand promotion, and the impact of communicators
19:48and influencers on travel decisions.
