Yellow Squash Ravioli

00:00No need to go out we have pumpkin sage brown butter ravioli at home
00:04But this time we're making it with yellow squash
00:06Slice them into strips then our fall filling is made of pumpkin, parm, garlic and nutmeg
00:10And I think these are just asking for a little goat cheese on top
00:13Don't you? Assembling these ravioli couldn't be easier
00:16They fold into these little pockets and our sauce is so simple
00:20Brown some butter and toast walnuts and fresh sage in there with it
00:23The ravioli go right in the sauce and they get basted in brown butter
00:27Cut that fat with a little vinegar at the end and dinner is served
00:30This has the best flavors of fall wrapped up in a perfect little bite.
