New details about an alleged domestic violence murder on a rural Logan property earlier this year have been revealed in court, after the accused unsuccessfully applied for bail.

00:35It also heard a brick was found by investigators at the property which had Ms Sardar's blood
00:41and hair attached to it.
00:43Mr Singh's bail was denied by a Supreme Court judge, who pointed to other circumstantial
00:47evidence, including that Ms Sardar had asked for a separation just days before her death.
00:53The judge also referenced a concerning recording Ms Sardar made before she died, where she
00:58warned that if she was to be murdered, her husband would be responsible.
01:03Mr Singh hasn't entered any pleas and wasn't present for today's proceedings.
01:07His matter will now return to the Magistrates Court.
