00:00Good afternoon, this is the latest weather forecast for this day of Wednesday, November 20, 2024.

00:09Currently, the Northeast Monsoon or AMIHAN is affecting the extreme northern Luzon,

00:16while the eastern east or the hot wind from the Pacific Ocean is affecting the eastern part of our country.

00:24The Northeast Monsoon or AMIHAN is bringing heavy rain and thunderstorms in the Batanes area,

00:31while the Shirlay or the wind from the Northeast and the hot wind from the Pacific Ocean

00:38is bringing heavy rain and thunderstorms in the Babuyan Islands.

00:47We can also see in our satellite image that there is almost no rain in other parts of our country,

00:52so we expect Metro Manila and the rest of the country, partly cloudy to cloudy skies,

00:58and there are chances of localized thunderstorms.

01:01At the moment, we are not able to monitor a low-pressure area or typhoon inside or near our Philippine area of responsibility.

01:10For the time being, we are also expecting AMIHAN to bring heavy rain and thunderstorms in the Batanes area.

01:21Meanwhile, Shirlay is still bringing heavy rain and thunderstorms in the Batanes area.

01:32In Metro Manila and other parts of Luzon, partly cloudy to cloudy skies, there are chances of localized thunderstorms.

01:40The temperature in Metro Manila is 25 to 33 degrees Celsius.

01:4524 to 33 degrees Celsius in Lawag and 24 to 32 degrees Celsius in Tuguegarao.

01:5316 to 25 degrees Celsius in Baguio, 24 to 30 degrees Celsius in Tagaytay and 26 to 31 degrees Celsius in Legazpi.

02:03In Puerto Princesa and Calean Islands, it is 26 to 33 degrees Celsius.

02:09For the time being, in Visayas and Mindanao area, there are still chances of localized thunderstorms.

02:18The temperature in Iloilo is 26 to 32 degrees Celsius, 27 to 32 degrees Celsius in Cebu and 26 to 33 degrees Celsius in Tacloban.
