00:00There is a great work of Enit that also goes through this event, Rutsin, 3rd edition.
00:09How do you place in the planning of the future of tourism in Italy the tourism of the origins?
00:16We believe deeply in the tourism of the origins, so to speak, the tourism of the roots.
00:22We have been supporting this event in particular since it was born three years ago,
00:26precisely because we are convinced that this will be one of the great attractions of our country,
00:31also for the next years.
00:33For international tourists it is certainly easier.
00:36Above all, this effort is aimed at those who live outside Italy,
00:40both on the European side, but above all extra-European,
00:43those who are second or third generation, being descendants of Italians,
00:49but they really need to re-appropriate their Italianness.
00:53Italianness seems like a game of words, but in reality Italians around the world,
00:58the descendants are really many, millions of people are estimated,
01:03that we have around the world, among the largest communities,
01:07for example in Argentina, rather than in the United States, just to name a few.
01:13So it is up to them, how to say, the invitation, but also the commitment to make known,
01:18to promote the opportunity to return and re-appropriate what were the places
01:23from which their ancestors left.
