00:00Artificial intelligence is the world of work, in my opinion we must first and foremost understand the landscape of the world of work.
00:15We are heading in a direction where there is a reduction in the duration of skills.
00:24Economo Informo says that there is a paradigm shift from a skill for life to a lifelong learning.
00:36This implies that people will have to learn to learn and return to the academic institutions they belong to.
00:49When I was talking about a competitive arena, it means that the boundaries of the so-called industry also lose their meaning.
01:01For example, let's take the example of Agritech.
01:06Imagine what it means for a person to combine the typical skills of a farmer with technological skills to understand how to better exploit the territory,
01:20how to reduce the use of pesticides, how to save an important resource such as water.
01:28These people will have dashboards where they can see analysis and they will also have artificial intelligence support.
01:35This will be an additional element.
01:38Before we talked about interdisciplinarity and this is the element.
01:42Before we talked about the fact that the future does not stop.
01:47It is impossible to stop it, but my opinion is to welcome it with awareness.
01:57Today, a manager must be a competent manager, but also have that literacy, that technological awareness,
02:05to understand how to better manage them, how to better exploit them in the field of their work and perhaps in support of what could be a personal benefit of the company and society.
