00:00From the PNA, the Commission on Appointments has approved the appointment of the newest member of the Department of the Interior and Local Government or DILG, Juanito Victor John Vic Remulia.
00:11CA Majority Floor Leader Luis Raymond Villafuerte Jr. has confirmed the appointment of the former Cavite Governor, Remulia.
00:19They will be joined by his brother, Justice Secretary Crispin Remulia, in the Cabinet of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.
00:27Because of this, John Vic Remulia gave his plans, including the streamlining of the police organization.
00:34One of his goals is to answer questions about the computation of the Internal Revenue Allotment.
00:40It can be said that the former DILG member, Benjamin Benhur-Abalos, was replaced by Remulia.
00:47Meanwhile, the CA also confirmed the appointment of the new Chairperson of the Civil Service Commission, Marilyn Baruwayap.
00:55Baruwayap served as the Undersecretary of the Special Concerns Office and External Affairs of the Communications Operations Office of the DAR.
01:04She is also the wife of the Secretary General of the Camera from the 14th Congress until the 15th and 16th Congress.
