00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. was busy distributing aid to those affected by the typhoon last week.

00:18President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr.'s week started with a small activity
00:23after he led the 49th Philippine National Prayer Breakfast in Malacanang Palace.
00:29Here, he gave the importance of a leadership that the foundation is a faith and unity of prayer.
00:36On Tuesday, the Chief Executive of Birak Katanduanes immediately went to help those affected by the Typhoon Pepito.
00:44The Office of the President in the province received 50 million pesos worth of aid.
00:49At the same time, he assured that the government will strive to help the rehabilitation of the affected structures and areas in the province.
00:57He also led the situation briefing there to find out the progress of the various agencies of the government and local government of Katanduanes.
01:06On Wednesday, the President attended a sectoral meeting in Palacio
01:10where he ordered the strengthening of seed production in the country with the help of state universities and colleges.
01:17On the same day, the President received Japan International Cooperation Agency President Dr. Tanaka Akihiko
01:24in a courtesy call where he discussed the deepening of the collaboration of JICA and the Philippines
01:30in strengthening the early warning system in the country, especially whenever there is a typhoon.
01:35On Thursday, the Chief Executive led the groundbreaking ceremony of Meralco Terra Solar,
01:40the largest integrated solar and battery storage facility in the world.
01:45The President also gave the importance of the project, especially in promoting clean energy solutions in the country.
01:52By the time it becomes operational, the project will be able to supply electricity to millions of households
01:57and it will be able to reduce carbon emissions by 4.3 million metric tons per year.
02:03He also prioritized the distribution of certificates of land ownership awards and certificates of condonation
02:08with the release of mortgages to more than 2,000 agrarian reform beneficiaries in Pampanga.
02:142,939 cochromes were distributed for the debt of beneficiaries worth more than Php 206 million.
02:24On Friday, the Chief Executive headed to Nueva Vizcaya to ask for help for those affected by the typhoon.
02:30The Office of the President distributed Php 50 million worth of cash assistance
02:35and Php 2.5 million from the DSWD for beneficiaries of Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation
02:43or AICS Program.
02:45The President also prioritized the distribution of new batches of clova and cochrome to the province of Isabela.
02:51A total of 456 clova was distributed to 346 ARVs in the province,
02:57while 25,773 cochromes were distributed to 21,496 ARVs in Isabela
03:05which reduced their debt of more than Php 1.5 billion.
03:11In Ilagan City, the President also distributed financial assistance worth Php 10,000 to 1,500 farmers and fishermen.
03:20The President also distributed Php 10 million worth of cash assistance to Tuguegarao City and other municipalities in Cagayan
03:27and Php 50 million to the provinces of Quirino and Isabela.
03:31The Chief Executive also headed to Pangasinan to ask for help for the 5,000 farmers and fishermen affected by the typhoon.
