00:25We present a new I.O. app functionality that allows all public entities, both central and local,
00:36to deliver their own digital public services directly into the app,
00:41simply by adapting the websites that citizens already have available.
00:46The really important thing about this innovation is that millions of people who already use the I.O. app
00:55will be able, without having to authenticate themselves,
00:58to find in the app the services of their region, of their municipality,
01:03even when they have to compete with each other for these services in response to the needs of the citizen.
01:09The strategic role of Pago.pa has been enhanced by Alessandro Moricca,
01:13the sole administrator of the company,
01:16underlining the importance of the meeting with the municipalities within the ANCI assembly
01:20and the solutions presented that allow to improve the efficiency of public administration
01:26by promoting a digital transition that is inclusive and able to respond to the most varied needs.
01:33It is very important for us because it is our opportunity to interact with the municipalities
01:39to present our platforms, to present what has been done and what can be done,
01:44especially from the perspective of PNRR, which is still one and a half years old.
01:49What we present here at ANCI is mainly how to improve the services.
01:55Almost all of the 8,000 Italian municipalities, except for about ten,
02:04join Pago.pa, but the adoption of the platforms is not always uniform.
02:09For example, on Pago.pa, the Pago.pa payment platform,
02:14the adhesion is about 60%, for example for a service such as road sanctions,
02:20or on SEND it is only 20%.
02:23Our goal is to raise these figures to fully realize the goals of PNRR.
