00:00 The data theme represents the main axis of the future of the IMSS services.
00:06 For a while now, we have been engaged in a series of activities
00:12 that focus on the main theme of data openness.
00:17 We know that the Institute holds relevant information
00:22 both from a personal point of view
00:26 but also from a point of view of the entire working history
00:29 of the citizens and the companies.
00:32 This information heritage must be at the service of the nation
00:36 and not only of the Institute but also of other entities.
00:41 For this reason, we have recently launched a series of initiatives
00:46 that focus on data.
00:50 This means rethinking data management, data policy
00:56 and the integration of the concept of data within the service.
01:02 We know how the user expects very simple services from the Institute.
01:09 Not to repeat information already in possession to the administration
01:14 and to be able to manage through a single touchpoint
01:17 or all possible touchpoints, the information and the instances to the Institute.
01:23 This is why, in addition to projects such as the recent Welfare as a Service
01:29 in which the Institute is also providing local entities
01:35 with their own information heritage to build services for local entities,
01:41 we need a context around this goal
01:50 that is an evolution of skills, an infrastructure aspect
01:56 but also a normative evolution that can certainly somehow
02:01 promote the integration and interoperability of information
02:06 between public administrations.
02:09 This is certainly one of the fundamental objectives
02:14 on which the plan of the evolution of services
02:17 on which the Institute is aiming not only for the coming year
02:20 but for the years to come, will certainly give its effects
02:25 with the realization of increasingly simple and immediate services
02:30 in terms of useability for the citizen.
