Will the people of Manchester be looking out for any sales this Friday, or is it too stressful for them? We went out onto the street to ask.

00:00Hi and welcome to People on the Street. I'm Theo and today I'm asking people about Black Friday.
00:04That's because it's this Friday. Now it's a massive sales day but some people view it
00:08as a bit more of an attempt from some companies to trick people into spending money that they
00:12don't really need to spend. We want to know if people have their eyes out for bargains currently,
00:15if they're going to spend money or if they're just a bit worried about the whole thing.
00:19For me, Black Friday is more for like gadgets and stuff.
00:22I never really cared much about Black Friday. I mean the savings are good and that but when
00:26you just see how like well I guess animalistic certain people get about you know getting deals
00:31and that. I mean it's probably I think it's worse in some countries than others like the United
00:34States for example. I would say H&M. So H&M, they've got a lot of quality in their jeans and
00:40stuff. So I kind of look for that and I would probably say Sony cameras are really expensive
00:44ones because they've got really good visual. When you're taking photos it looks really nice.
00:49I think if someone wants something that's like hard to get and you can only get it now otherwise
00:53the sellout like I'll just pay the extra. I don't mind because I bought some of my friend
00:57that he wanted and I didn't care about it'd be cheaper.
