00:07This was approved by the DA under the directive of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. to have a cheap product,

00:13particularly the Philippines' Php 29 per kilo of rice.

00:18The Php 29 per kilo of rice was allocated to senior citizens,

00:22beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program, persons with disabilities, and solo parents.

00:28At present, there are 108 President's offices throughout the country.

00:32The President's offices can be found in Metro Manila, Rizal, Laguna, Bulacan, and Cebu.
